| 資格要求： | （1）資格要求：Requirements for Qualification of Bidder 投標(biāo)人應(yīng)為所投貨物的制造商或授權(quán)代理商。如果投標(biāo)人是代理商，則須提供制造商有效授權(quán)書。 The bidder shall be the manufacturer or agent of bid goods. If the bidder is an agent, it shall provide a valid Letter of Authority from Manufacturer. （2）業(yè)績要求： Requirement for Bidder's performance: 投標(biāo)人所投催化劑應(yīng)為制造商在2010年1月1日至2016年12月31日期間有銷售業(yè)績的催化劑（以銷售合同日期為準(zhǔn)），所投催化劑應(yīng)在2套反應(yīng)進(jìn)料量不小于100萬噸/年的歧化裝置運(yùn)行，且形式為固定床軸向反應(yīng)器，所投催化劑型號應(yīng)與業(yè)績型號一致且滿足催化劑末期性能要求，即總轉(zhuǎn)化率≥43.5 wt%、C10加芳烴轉(zhuǎn)化率≥55 wt%，C9芳烴轉(zhuǎn)化率≥52 wt%，總選擇性≥87 wt%。投標(biāo)人應(yīng)提交末期（未再生）時的主要性能參數(shù)，包括總轉(zhuǎn)化率、C10加芳烴轉(zhuǎn)化率，C9芳烴轉(zhuǎn)化率，總選擇性等數(shù)據(jù)證明。 投標(biāo)人須按規(guī)定格式提交應(yīng)用業(yè)績表，并提交相關(guān)業(yè)績證明文件。業(yè)績證明文件包括但不限于：1、無價銷售合同復(fù)印件（含相關(guān)技術(shù)附件）；和2、投標(biāo)人書面確認(rèn)函（帶數(shù)據(jù)證明文件）或用戶書面確認(rèn)文件（加蓋用戶公章）證明：投標(biāo)人的業(yè)績催化劑滿足上述催化劑末期性能要求。投標(biāo)人所提交的業(yè)績證明文件必須體現(xiàn)以下內(nèi)容：合同名稱、裝置名稱、進(jìn)料規(guī)模、裝置類型、催化劑型號、反應(yīng)器形式、進(jìn)料時間及運(yùn)行四年后的性能參數(shù)，未提交業(yè)績證明文件或所提供的文件無法驗證合同名稱、裝置名稱、進(jìn)料規(guī)模、裝置類型、催化劑型號、反應(yīng)器形式、進(jìn)料時間及運(yùn)行四年后的性能參數(shù)（包括總轉(zhuǎn)化率、C10加芳烴轉(zhuǎn)化率，C9芳烴轉(zhuǎn)化率，總選擇性等），或所提供的性能參數(shù)不滿足要求的視為無效業(yè)績。 （3）關(guān)鍵技術(shù)要求：Key technical requirement 所提供的催化劑必須適用于固定床軸向反應(yīng)器。 The catalyst provided must be suitable for a fixed bed axial reactor. 催化劑性能必須滿足連續(xù)4年運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的要求，使用期間不允許再生。 The catalyst performance must meet the requirements for 4 consecutive years of operation and regeneration is not allowed during use. |

| 特殊說明： | 業(yè)績要求： Requirement for Bidder's performance: The bidder shall provide at least 2 manufacturer’s sales performance lists from Jan 1st,2010 to Dec 31st,2016,as referred by the effective date on the sales contract, The catalyst shall be loaded in fixed-bed axial reactor of Disproportion unit with feeding capacity of more than or equal to one million tons annually.The bidding model shall be the same with the performance list, and the main performance parameters in the end stage shall meet the requirements,including Total conversion of end stage≥43.5 wt%,C10+A conversion rate≥55 wt%，C9 conversion rate≥52 wt%,Total selectivity rate≥87 wt%.Bidders shall furnish the parameters of the end stage(without regeneration),including Total conversion of end stage,C10+A conversion rate，C9 conversion rate,Total selectivity rate. Bidder shall furnish reference list in given form, and provide corresponding documentary evidence，including but not limited to 1.contract without price( with technical appendix) and 2. Bidder’s statement or stamped end-user certificate to certify that the main parameters meet the requirement of the end stage. The documentary evidence shall as least demonstrate the following key information, like unit, capacity, type of unit, model of catalyst, type of reactor, feeding time and operation parameters after 4 years running, which includes total selectivity, etc. If no documentary evidence furnished, or documentary evidence furnished cannot demonstrate the key information of performance like contract title, unit, capacity, type of unit, model of catalyst, type of unit, feeding time and operation parameters after 4 years running（including Total conversion of end stage,C10+A conversion rate，C9 conversion rate,Total selectivity rate., etc， or the parameters provided in the performance list does not meet the requirements shall be deemed invalid. |
