（1）資格要求Requirements for Qualifications of the Bidder A.★如果投標人為中國境內(nèi)注冊公司，投標人需具有合法有效的企業(yè)法人營業(yè)執(zhí)照、稅務(wù)登記證及組織機構(gòu)代碼證或證照合一的營業(yè)執(zhí)照，投標時需提供原件掃描件（原件備查）；If the Bidder is a company registered within the territory of China, it shall possess a legally valid Business License of an enterprise legal person, Tax Registration Certificate, and Organizational Code Certificate, or a unified business license combining these certificates. When submitting the bid, the Bidder shall provide a scanned copy of the original document (with the originals kept available for verification).★如果投標人為中國境外注冊公司，需提供有效的公司登記注冊證明；If the Bidder is a company registered outside the territory of China, it shall provide a valid certificate of company registration.★投標人為分公司的，需具有合法有效的營業(yè)執(zhí)照（境內(nèi)注冊）/公司登記注冊證明（境外注冊）和上級法人單位授權(quán)書（授權(quán)該分公司投標和簽訂合同），投標時需提供原件掃描件（原件備查）。If the Bidder is a branch company, it shall possess a legally valid business license (for those registered within China) / certificate of company registration (for those registered outside China) and an authorization letter from the superior legal entity (authorizing the branch to bid and sign contracts). When submitting the bid, the branch shall provide scanned copies of the original documents (with the originals kept available for verification).★招標人認可該分公司和上級法人單位的資質(zhì)、資格和業(yè)績，不認可同一上級法人單位的其它分公司的資質(zhì)、資格和業(yè)績。分公司與上級法人單位只可一家參與投標，同時參與投標的，投標均無效。The qualifications, eligibility and performance of the branch and its superior legal entity shall be recognized by the Procuring Entity(Company/Purchaser), while the qualifications, eligibility and performance of other branches under the same superior legal entity shall not be recognized. only one of the branch and its superior legal entity may participate in the bid; if both participate in the bid, all their bids shall be regarded as invalid bids.B. ★若所投產(chǎn)品為國內(nèi)產(chǎn)品：投標人必須為CO2回注泵的制造商，不允許代理商投標。所投產(chǎn)品為境外產(chǎn)品：允許CO2回注泵制造商或代理商投標。Manufacturer Requirements: For domestic products: The bidder must be the manufacturer of the CO2 inject pumps, and agents are not allowed to bid. For overseas products: The manufacturer or agent of the CO2 inject pumps is permitted to bid. ★投標人為代理商時，應(yīng)得到本次投標所投CO2回注泵制造商的唯一合法授權(quán)，并需提供以下材料（原件加蓋制造商公章）：1）在有效期內(nèi)的制造商授權(quán)書；2）CO2回注泵制造商承諾函，承諾投標所投產(chǎn)品為制造商工廠生產(chǎn)。產(chǎn)品要求：投標人的工廠應(yīng)為完成本項目產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計、部件采辦、制造成撬和測試的制造商。If the bidder is an agent, they must obtain exclusive and legal authorization from the CO2 inject pumps manufacturer involved in the bid and provide the following materials (original documents with the manufacturer's official seal): 1) Manufacturer's authorization letter within its validity period; 2) Manufacturer's commitment letter, pledging that the bid products are manufactured in the manufacturer's factory. Product Requirements: The bidder's factory must be the manufacturer responsible for the design, component procurement, skid assembly, and testing of the products for this project. ★投標人以自己制造的貨物參與投標的，不能再將此貨物同時授權(quán)給其他投標人參與投標，否則相關(guān)的所有投標將被拒絕。投標人將被授權(quán)的貨物再授權(quán)給其他投標人同時參與投標的，相關(guān)的所有投標將被拒絕。If a bidder participates in the bidding with goods manufactured by itself, the bidder shall not authorize other bidders to offer the same goods in the bidding at the same time; otherwise, all related bids will be rejected. If a bidder re-authorizes other bidders the authorized goods to participate in the bidding at the same time, all related bids will be rejected.（2）資質(zhì)要求及證明文件 A.★ CCC證書：投標人本次投標所投產(chǎn)品中的屬于CNCA-C23-01:2024 范圍CCC管理的設(shè)備必須取得中國國家強制性產(chǎn)品認證證書（CCC認證），且證書在有效期內(nèi)。投標人需承諾供貨前提供。CCC Certificate: For the Equipment under CCC management within the scope of CNCA-C23-01:2024 , as part of the Goods offered by the bidder in this bid, the bidder shall have obtained the China Compulsory Certification (CCC) certificate, and the certificate must be within the validity period. VENDOR are required to commit to providing it before supply.？B. ★防爆合格證：投標人本次投標所投產(chǎn)品中的所有防爆設(shè)備必須取得防爆合格證（對于國外進口的防爆設(shè)備，應(yīng)按照中國國家標準取得防爆合格證或IECEx頒發(fā)的認證證書）必須取得國家指定防爆檢驗機構(gòu)頒發(fā)的有效期內(nèi)的防爆合格證書。投標人需承諾供貨前提供。Explosion-Proof Certificate (if applicable): For theAll explosion-proof equipmenfor imported explosion-proof equipment from abroad, it should obtain an explosion-proof qualification certificate in accordance with Chinese national standards or a certification certificate issued by IECEx), VENDOR are required to commit to providing it before supply.？★（3）業(yè)績要求Requirement for Bidder's Past Performance:2015年1月1日至投標截止日（以合同或者訂單簽署時間為準），投標人所投產(chǎn)品的制造商應(yīng)具有至少1個離心泵（BB5型式）的供貨業(yè)績，且滿足泵的介質(zhì)為CO2,流量不低于150m3/h,出口壓力不低于13.2MpaG（或者揚程不低于1051.3米）的技術(shù)要求。投標人須按規(guī)定格式提交業(yè)績表，并提交相關(guān)業(yè)績證明文件。業(yè)績證明文件包括但不限于：1）銷售合同或訂單復(fù)印件（含相關(guān)技術(shù)附件）和2）到貨驗收證明文件或者用戶現(xiàn)場調(diào)試報告（用戶使用證明或用戶驗收證明或其他可以證明合同項下貨物已經(jīng)到貨驗收的有效證明材料）。投標人所提交的業(yè)績證明文件必須至少體現(xiàn)以下內(nèi)容：合同或者訂單簽署時間、合同或訂單簽署頁（國內(nèi)貿(mào)易合同應(yīng)有雙方蓋章，國際貿(mào)易合同應(yīng)有雙方簽字或蓋章）、制造商名稱、貨物名稱、泵的形式、介質(zhì)、流量和出口壓力（或揚程）等技術(shù)要求及到貨驗收材料。若業(yè)績合同為年度協(xié)議，除提供年度協(xié)議外，還應(yīng)提供相應(yīng)的已到貨訂單,訂單內(nèi)容或編號應(yīng)與年度協(xié)議相關(guān)聯(lián)。同一個年度協(xié)議下提供1個或以上的訂單及與訂單對應(yīng)的到貨驗收材料均算為1個有效業(yè)績。未提交業(yè)績證明文件，或所提供的業(yè)績證明文件無法滿足上述業(yè)績要求及到貨驗收材料的，均視為無效業(yè)績。
